30 DAYS EASY RETURNS
1. Return process:
To start a return, First you need to contact our customer service at [email protected] If your return is accepted, you will be sent instructions on how and where to return your package, Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Conditions:
1. Our Return policy is active for 30 days, If 30 days have gone by since the delivered date, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. NO Claims/returns can be accepted after cutting or further processing of lace fabrics.
3. NO Returns on any item sold by the yard (anything that is cut from the whole piece/manufacturer's roll).
4. Claim for shortages will not be accepted after 3 days from the delivered date.
5. Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged and in the original Packaging.
6. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
7. The buyer will be responsible for the return shipping fees.
Note:
Image colors will vary per screen, due to the light and screen setting difference, the Item's color may be slightly different from the pictures, We do not accept returns on color differentiation, So that we suggest you to buy one Yard/Piece to check the item’s color and quality first before you order many.
if you received a damaged or incorrect items, if you want to return it to us, you do not need to pay any return shipping fees or restocking fees for to return the damaged or incorrect items.

2. Refund Process:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Where and when can i see my refund?
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your paypal or credit/Dedit card or to the original payment method you used in our site to purchased your items within 7 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
After 7 days If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
