30 DAYS RETURNS

Return Conditions:
1. Our Return policy is active for 30 days, If 30 days have gone by since the delivered date, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. No Claims/returns can be accepted after cutting or further processing of lace fabrics.
3. NO Returns on any item sold by the yard (anything that is cut from the whole piece/manufacturer's roll).
4. Claim for shortages will not be accepted after 3 days from the delivered date.
5. Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged and in the original Packaging.
6. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
7. Image colors will vary per screen, due to the light and screen setting difference the Item's color may be slightly different from the pictures, We do not accept returns on color differentiation.
8. Custom orders might be slightly different from imagination, custom orders are not returnable and not refundable.
9. The buyer will be responsible for the return shipping fees.
